FASBO members manage the business side of school district operations. Those areas include finance, school nutrition, purchasing, data processing, transportation, personnel, operations, risk management, maintenance, fixed assets, energy, and much more.
You will meet with the business administrators who determine which services and providers are right for their districts. If you want to sell to school districts, then you need to make your presence known at the FASBO 2014 Annual Convention. Members look to FASBO for help with vendor identification - it is one of our stated benefits to disctricts. When a member needs a vendor, they turn to FASBO. Your involvement as a Sponsor/Vendor ensures quality professional development for school business officials and increases your visibility to the Florida education market as well providing networking and professional development to school business officials who might not otherwise be able to attend. The Officers and Directors of FASBO invite you to be a valuable part of the Scholarship fund.
Many of the school districts throughout Florida are experiencing extreme budget cuts and are restricting travel. FASBO recognizes that now more than ever there is a need for training and networking to share ideas on how to get through the next several years with reductions in budget and staff. FASBO recognizes and acknowledges this predicament and is providing scholarships to encourage participation. There are a limited number of scholarships to be awarded to cover the cost of conference registration and possibly 3 nights at the conference hotel.Information to follow about our 2014 conference!

Dear Members,
We regret to inform you that after careful thought and consideration, the FASBO board has decided to cancel the 2020 conference in October. We entertained having a virtual conference but decided that we could not put on a quality virtual conference in the short time frame that we have left. If you have made hotel reservations, please call 407-352-1100 to cancel. FASBO will be back at the Doubletree Seaworld in Orlando in 2021.
